FILING YOUR ASSESSMENT LIST ON LINE WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER JANUARY 1, 2021
Instructions will be with your Assessment List that you receive in the mail. You can only e-file if you have your account number and the pin that is on what was mailed to you.
The Assessor's Office puts values on all Real Estate and Personal Property owned on January 1st of the year.
If you're new to the county please call or come in so we can get you on our rolls.
If you lived in Cooper County and owned a vehicle on January 1st you will need to fill out an Assessment List if you haven't done so.
You may find this two page form available in a printable PDF to the left.
IMPORTANT: You need to list name, address and phone number (if we have questions we need to be able to get ahold of you, if info is questionable your list won't be processed). List what year you are filling the assessment out for.
Unless you have a change of address real estate is automatic. Once your deed is recorded we will get a copy and change the name of record.
If at any time you have any questions please don't hesitate to call the office. A member of my staff or myself will be happy to help you.
