Below you will find information regarding the collection of personal and real estate property taxes for Cooper County.  The Collector's Office is located in the Second Floor of the Court House in Boonville, Missouri.

The Court House is located at 200 Main Street and is on the Corner of Main and High Street. A Drop Box is provided on the North Side of the Court House on High Street. 
Your County Collector is Diana Thomas.
The Office of the Collector is responsible for the collection of personal and real estate taxes for all taxable entities in Cooper County.  These taxes are determined by the County Assessors records and are then distributed to the various taxing entities by the Collector. Office responsibilities include, preparing tax statements, providing Merchant Licenses and conducting delinquent tax sales (conducted in August).
Note: During tax season, the Collector's office experiences high call volume. Please plan accordingly.

Taxes can be paid in person in the Collector's Office.
The Collector's Office is located in the Second Floor of the Court House in Boonville, Missouri. The Court House is located at 200 Main Street and is on the Corner of Main and High Street. 
A convenience fee of 2.45% of the total paid is charged to each transaction over $50 processed online. 
Any transaction online $50 or less will incur a $1.55 fee. 

Convenience Fee's are not retained by the Collector's office, but used to cover the cost of the payment processing service. 

- After paying online tax payers will not receive a receipt through the mail.
-Typically, after payment, full receipts will be ready to print in 24 to 48 hours using link below.
NOTE: During the peak times tax payers may have to wait up to 3 business days for receipts to be posted. 
 The Pay Online system will not take e-checks.
