APEX Marriage License Application Portal allows you to fill out your application online prior to finalizing the purchase of your marriage license. The application must be filled out within 30 days of intended date of ceremony. You may call or email to set up the office appointment to provide your forms of identification, pay the fee and pick up your license.

REAL ID INFORMATION
Proof of name change for either party due to a MARRIAGE will require a raised seal, "certified copy" of your original marriage license. (This is NOT the keepsake copy from your church or officiant) Certified copies may be obtained from the County where you purchased your license. (This may differ from the actual location of your marriage ceremony.) Cooper County certified copies may be purchased for $9.00, payable by check, money order or cash.
You may also use the service below to enable the use of a credit card for the purchase. Requests may be submitted by email, phone, or in person and will be sent upon receipt of payment.
