Eric Phelps has served as the Assistant Prosecutor for Cooper County since 2013 and in 2018 he was elected by the citizens of Cooper County to become the Prosecuting Attorney.
The office consists of 8 people, including support staff, 2 attorneys, a victim advocate, a child support unit, a bad check unit, and a delinquent tax unit. |
